goods are ready for despatch.

money back guarantee excluding carriage costs. |

Cooling off period - Customers have 7 working days in which they may cancel an order,this
excludes bespoke items which have been made to the customers own specifications. |

Cancelled Orders - If an order is cancelled within 7 days of the original order date a full refund will
be made,this may include just the deposit or the full amount excluding carriage costs. |

Damaged Goods - Must be reported to The Iron Mirror company within 24 hours of receiving the
items. |

Returning Goods - All goods must be returned to The Iron Mirror Company in the original
packaging. All costs incurred with the return of the goods will be borne by the purchaser. |
